All purchases that fall outside the Return Policy are final and non-refundable. 

If your purchase was made from 8Exotic.com and the product received is incorrect, damaged (outside of the carrier), or missing from the order, you may be entitled to a refund if 8Exotic.com is notified within 10 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges will not be reviewed if contact isn’t received within 10 days from when the order was delivered.

If your product arrives damaged or unusable, incorrect, or missing the customer must notify 8Exotic.com within 10 days of receipt by contacting Customer Support at support@8exotic.com. Please note when contacting us, you will need to provide a photo of the packing slip, product, and the box it was shipped in showing the shipping label.

If you purchased Route package protection and your package was lost, damaged, or stolen, you can file a claim. Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. Please include the email associated with your order and your order confirmation number to submit your claim. 

Once 8Exotic.com Customer Support team receives the inquiry, a determination will be made within 5 business days, maybe longer depending on the inquiry, to complete the request. All returns could be subject to a restocking fee and could be denied a refund for the shipping cost.

If you purchased one of our 8Exotic.com products at an independent retail location or through a third-party website, the return/refund must be handled directly by that store or website where the purchase was originally made.

8Exotic.com retains the right to deny any refund for any reason. 8Exotic.com also reserves the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.

While 8Exotic.comstands behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for a refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
