Shipping and Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened item(s) within 3 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 72 business hours of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you may receive the refund much quicker. This time period includes the processing time for us to receive your returned item(s), process your return once we receive it, and to initiate the refund by our credit card processors to process your final adjusted refund dollar amount.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button, and let us know why you would like to return the item(s). Once we receive the return request we will provide instructions on the next required steps to complete your return request. If all goes well eventually we will notify you via e-mail or phone of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Where do we ship?

We ship to 29 states where Delta-8 under 3% THC is legal: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and in Washington D.C.

We do not ship to the following states:

Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, and West Virginia.
